Betty is inside the store showing Jo via her video phone what beverages they have when Jo is taken hostage by an armed robber. During a Mexican Standoff with the cashier, the robber tells everyone he will shoot her head off before the count of 2 when Betty casts her lure into the store. As the lure lands in Nicks hoodie, Betty sets the hook, causing Nick to be yanked off his feet. Betty reels while Nick is being dragged outside the store where Betty lands her Catch of the Day. |

But the wacky personalities that live in the building have their own concerns. Monica is both a victim of the New Age and a broken toilet. Harry is in the full swing of his midlife crisis and at peak sleaze-ball level. Erin is looking for any opportunity to have her brat of a son looked after while she catches a break, and a drink. Jason must navigate the unfamiliar territory of asking for help of the people he has always rescued, while realizing that sometimes you must 'do unto others' as they have done to you, not as you would have them do. |

He and his colleagues spend long hours analyzing the imperfections of these precious stones, until one day he becomes incapable of doing his job. He is fired for claiming to have found the perfect gem, an obviously flawed stone, because he has fallen in love with a girl called Gemma, and has come to believe that imperfections are what give character and make something special and unique. |
